Join us for a three-day Level One Sound Healing Training at Minnesota Sound Healing, designed for both beginners and experienced practitioners. This immersive class combines lecture, discussion, and extensive hands-on practice.

Throughout the training, you’ll have the opportunity to experience and play a wide variety of professional-quality sound healing instruments. This allows you to discover what resonates with you, gain confidence, and develop hands-on experience before investing in instruments of your own.

We also focus on developing intuition and confidence in working with sound and energy. As a Reiki Master Teacher and experienced energy worker, Jill helps students strengthen their intuitive abilities and connection to the work.

What You’ll Learn:

• Explore the history and science behind sound
• Become knowledgeable about the different frequencies 432, 440, and 444hz
• Understand how sound affects consciousness
• Refine and enhance your intuitive approach to sound
• Incorporate sound with energy work, such as Reiki
• Learn how to use singing bowls, gongs, chimes and bells, drums, tuning forks, monochord, shruti box, crystal harp, and more
• Learn to facilitate sound baths and sound journeys
• Experience powerful techniques for releasing stuck or stagnant energies
• Gain practical protocols for incorporating sound into your current practice
• Experience giving and receiving individual sound sessions
• Become familiar with contraindications for sound work and learn the best practices for safety and effectiveness
• Dive into the Musical Alphabet – use the Circle of Fifths and musical notes
• Learn about equipment and techniques for the best sound online and recording
• Learn about resonance and entrainment
• Receive a manual and certificate of completion

Continuing Education Contact Hours- CES

Take our Sound Healing Level 1 Class for Continuing Education. We can provide continuing education credits for nurses, marriage and family therapists, psychologists, massage therapists, and reflexologists.

Class Policy

Class hours are from 10am to 6pm each day, and can only be attended in-person. Online options are not available for this class. A deposit of $212.50 is required to hold your spot. Deposits are non-refundable. However, if for any reason you are unable to attend, you may transfer to another class. You may transfer only one time, up to a year after purchase.
