Are you interested in singing bowls but don’t know where to start? Let us guide you through our selection of Crystal Tones® singing bowls. You may have your appointment in-person at our South Minneapolis location, or online via Zoom.

LEVEL 1 SOUND HEALING CERTIFICATION 

Our Level One certification class is a three-day class offered by Minnesota Sound Healing. This class is an opportunity to learn and practice with many different instruments and deepen your understanding of sound. You’ll also learn about music and how to play different instruments so they sound good together. Find new creative ways to heal yourself and others. Whether you’re looking to explore sound healing for personal growth or to add it to your professional toolkit, these classes are for you. This class comes with a 100 page manual and certificate. For our sound healing classes, we can provide Continuing Education Hours for professionals.

CRYSTAL SINGING BOWL TRAINING

Join us for an inspiring one-day, six-hour training designed to deepen your connection with crystal singing bowls, especially Crystal Tones® Alchemy Bowls. Whether you’re brand new or an experienced sound healer looking to refine your skills, this class will support you at every level.

BOOK A SOUND HEALING SESSION

Jill offers one-person private sessions, and together Jill and David Thiel guide individuals and small groups (up to four) through a gentle, acoustic ambient sound healing journey.

Sessions at Minnesota Sound Healing blend Alchemy Crystal Bowls, crystal harp, chimes, monochord, gongs and more, creating a calming soundscape that supports relaxation and energetic balance.
