Refund and Returns Policy

At Minnesota Sound Healing, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction. If your item arrives damaged, we will gladly offer a replacement or exchange. please contact us via email or call 612-433-6334 within 3 days of delivery to arrange for a replacement or refund. Unfortunately, after this window, we cannot offer replacements or exchanges for damaged goods.

For non-damaged items, you may request an exchange within 3 days of purchase. Please note that all shipping and insurance costs for exchanges are the customer’s responsibility. Items purchased on layaway are not eligible for return, but may be exchanged within 24 hours of purchase.

If you prefer a refund for a non-damaged item, we offer this within 3 days, subject to a 30% restocking fee. As with exchanges, shipping and insurance costs will be covered by the customer.

Class deposits are non-refundable. However, if for any reason you are unable to attend, you may transfer to another class. You may transfer only one time, up to a year after purchase.

All sound healing appointments are paid in advance. Should you need to cancel, notification is required 24 hours in advance to receive a full refund. Late arrivals over fifteen minutes will reduce the time alloted for the appointment. No-call no-shows are not eligible for refunds.
