Refund and Returns Policy

At Minnesota Sound Healing, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction. If your item arrives damaged, we will gladly offer a replacement or exchange. please contact us via email or call 612-433-6334 within 7 days of delivery to arrange for a replacement or refund. Unfortunately, after this window, we cannot offer replacements or exchanges for damaged goods.

For non-damaged items, you may request an exchange within 14 days of purchase. Please note that all shipping and insurance costs for exchanges are the customer’s responsibility.

If you prefer a refund for a non-damaged item, we offer this within 14 days, subject to a 30% restocking fee. As with exchanges, shipping and insurance costs will be covered by the customer.

Class deposits are non-refundable. However, if for any reason you are unable to attend, you may transfer to another class. You may transfer only one time, up to a year after purchase.

All sound healing appointments are paid in advance. Should you need to cancel, notification is required 24 hours in advance to receive a full refund. Late arrivals over fifteen minutes will reduce the time alloted for the appointment. No-call no-shows are not eligible for refunds.
