Three-Day Training for Practitioners & Others

Join us for a three-day level one sound healing class at Minnesota Sound Healing, designed for both beginners and experienced practitioners. No prior experience is required. In this class you will receive a Minnesota Sound Healing certificate and manual written by Jill and David.

Learn to Heal with Sound

Our sound healing class combines energy work and sound healing, a unique method that has evolved out of decades of music performance and teaching experience.

This method helps to move and clear energy, release tension and trauma, and restore balance to your body’s vibration. Over the course of the three-day class, you’ll experience hands-on learning, engaging lectures, and deep insights.

What You’ll Learn:

• Explore the history and science behind sound as a healing tool
• Become knowledgeable about the different frequencies 432, 440, and 444hz
• Understand how sound affects consciousness and energy centers
• Learn how to use a variety of singing bowls, including alchemy bowls, in therapeutic practices
• Learn how to use a crystal harp, gongs, chimes, drums, tuning forks, and more
• Practice meditation with singing bowls to deepen your listening and self-awareness
• Discover self-clearing techniques and balance your chakras and endocrine system
• Experience powerful techniques for releasing stuck or stagnant energies
• Gain practical protocols for incorporating sound healing into your current practice
• Experience giving and receiving individual sound sessions
• Become familiar with contraindications for sound work and learn the best practices for safety and effectiveness
• Dive into the Musical Alphabet – use the Circle of Fifths and musical notes to correspond with energy centers for deeper healing
• Learn about recording equipment and techniques for the best sound online

Class Policy

Class deposits are non-refundable. However, if for any reason you are unable to attend, you may transfer to another class. You may transfer only one time, up to a year after purchase.
